Pred Scene Overhaul V2

I've got some balance updates for the pred system ready to test already! Thank you to those that gave feedback on the first pass!

Changelog:

Fixed a bug that caused newly gained exhaustion to immediately apply to the incoming damage from the current turn
Removed a piece of code leftover from the old system that managed to sneak through undetected and was making Shake increase your stomach power more than it was meant to
Massage now costs more stamina (10->14)
Massaging while your prey is idle now heals less by default, but the bonus provided by your Oral Proficiency is double what it was before (By level 3, you heal more than you did before this update)
Squeeze no longer directly blocks any damage, but deals slightly more
Crush now blocks more damage if your prey was struggling to reinforce its intended role as your power move/nuclear option for both offense and defense. It also deals slightly more damage now
Prey will no longer become exhausted if you massage them while they are thrashing
However, squeeze and crush will now cause exhaustion when used on thrashing prey
Prey that are bracing will now regenerate a small amount of health if an aggressive action is not used
Nicole will now struggle if you Squeeze her twice in a row to prevent easily locking her into an infinite loop of bracing
If your stomach is at <25% health Gabby is now much more likely to keep struggling after the second acid rise to prevent it being possible to win while doing absolutely nothing even with base stats
If Bethany has <50% health, she will now struggle after probing even if you squeeze her
Capacity was added to the stats menu
The “Knead” action that will unlock at Oral Proficiency level 5 can now be enabled to experiment with similarly to “Soothe” for prey scenes, though while it’s effects work it currently has a placeholder message when used and none of the prey in the demo will know to react to it
Health will now display as “Digested” in the sidebar when it falls to 0 or below when appropriate in both kinds of scenes
