May Poll and Character Contest Results!
Added 2020-06-02 04:27:54 +0000 UTCThe results are finally in! First off, the winner of the scene poll was Scene 8 by a narrow margin, things were very close this month! So just a little later in the week anyone who regretted trying to eat Chandra will have the opportunity to make it up to her.
But that's not the only poll that recently ended! The votes have been tallied, and the winner of the character contest is... Izumi!
She's now officially part of the cast as a minor character! You'll get to meet her for the first time at the Cooking Club meeting on Day 4, and discussion is already underway for what her two guaranteed significant scenes will be!
Taking the second and third place slots are Pirkitta and Professor Thorn! So keep your eyes peeled for them to show up for a scene of their own someday. In addition to this, Linda placed fourth, but due to a mishap where I prematurely announced her as third on the discord server she'll still be making a minor appearance at the first Tabletop meeting. Congratulations to all our winners!
We had some crazy twists and turns, but I think overall the contest was still a success! It wouldn't be for a long time, a year at least, but despite the issues we faced I'm still open to the possibility of having a second character contest. Now that it's over, I'd like to hear your thoughts if you have any! How did you feel about the contest and how things were handled? Perhaps most importantly, would you be interested in having another one someday?
