Issues with Patreon
Added 2023-08-08 18:51:25 +0000 UTCHey all. For those that see this, i just wanted to let you know I received an email from Patreon a few days ago about issues with billing. A lot of people got booted off of Patreons and their cards declined for "fraudulent activity". They said they are working on the issue and that the steps you can do are:
- Contact their card issuer to confirm the charge is valid and retry that card
- If the retry does not work, try a different payment method. Patrons can edit their payments in their settings, under Billing History.
I apologize for any inconvenience! Hopefully things are back up and running for everyone who needs to try and sign up again! Hope to see you all back soon!!!
Edit* - From what I can tell there are still issues. People's subscriptions are getting canceled / declined because of the issues still happening with patreon. From what I have seen if you can sub using PAYPAL instead of your bank, that seems to work with no issue!! Make sure to check and see if you're still subscribed and if not please feel free to try subbing again using PayPal instead of your Debit/Credit card. Once i get another update from Patreon I will let you all know! Thank you!

For me PayPal was the issue, but seem to have managed to select another option which is working.
