She has many connections around the Mediterranean that can suply her with rare and expensive materials, all for the glory of King Rexcolloso. At first hand you might notice she speaks a form of proper English with a few hiccups. In truth, she is obsessed with making Rexcolloso happy, and thus tries to flourish her words and emulate a royal English, akin to how humans of the high class talk since the King is obsessed with how humans express royalty and wisdom.
