The Blue Goblin, Norse origin, and explanation

The Blue Goblins roam mostly in Northern Europe, Asia, and some even in the New World. The Blue Goblins were highly medically advanced and performed surgeries beyond what was possible in the 13th century which made a considerable amount of them taller (due to limb lengthening surgeries) than the usual 2-4 foot range of a Mid European Goblin. Whether it be a blood or skin pigment ailment, their skin tone seems to possibly be permanent. It is theorized that their blue pigmentation was a result for Helheim's greed and lust for silver. Regardless of what happened, they find pride in their color and don't see any shame in it.
