This really stinks of dirty cop setting up good cop under pretense he is going undercover which is partialy true. I am not sure is it going to be tough story or not. If my assumption turns out correct can you consider getting poor brian out at the end and setting him with some good person. Doesn't need to be fairy tail happy ending but just enogh for brian to leave everything behind. Find a way to end story in nice way because the way i see it poor brian will have shock after shock after revelations and for him it would be good if he found someone good during sting operation as a briannah or whatever name he goes by and just leave when guy ends up arrested along with dirty cop on his payrole. Brian to me as person seems to nice to let him be devored by predators of the underworld and him end up being stuck as stripper for the rest of his life among mob... no way.
