Update on Recent Outages & Fixes

I wanted to give you a quick update on the recent outages in the game. Yesterday, our main AI service provider experienced degraded performance and outages, which unfortunately affected the game as well. Since this happened overnight for me, I wasn’t able to address it immediately, but as soon as I woke up, I got to work and switched to a different provider. Things should be stable now!
That said, I’ve noticed that some players are still encountering occasional errors where they can't progress in chats. I’ll be looking into this issue further, but in the meantime, there’s a workaround: You can now clear the message history for a specific character if you get stuck. Just head to their profile and tap the icon to remove message history—this should help reset things.
