Extract all the files in a same folder and open Ultimate Fighters.exe.

The game needs 8 gig of memory and a video card with opengl support to run properly.
Your system resolution must be 1280*720 or higher.
Please close all unnecessary programs and softwares in the task manager.
Try to update your video card driver and game components.
