So, ive been wanting to make this change for a while but never had the reason to, however with it being a new year im going to set this in.

FROM NOW ON, STARTING 1/1/23, PATREON REWARDS ARE NOW OPTIONAL!!!
There are alot of other patreons that allow rewards as optional, and honestly ive liked the idea of it. I have never liked the idea of offering rewards through chance, so ive always made them a requirement, however ive been having troubles lately staying focused on the amount and also keeping track of who has/hasnt submitted a ref.. So, im now making these optional.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
this means, I will ping everyone in the discord patreon channel for their refs, and ill start to post on here a reminder (just incase you miss a ping) to submit your ref. If you do NOT post your ref to the discord ref channel before the last week of the month, ill assume you just did not want a reward.

WHY AM I DOING THIS??
Lately my mental health has been kinda weird. Im not entirely sure what it is but im having troubles with organization and keeping things in line. Im not sure if its from my meds or because of general life changes with my partner being here and about to move in or what. But im just like, constantly 0 brain. This has been disturbing my work ALOT since ive lost track of what i owe, forget to add people to queues, sometimes do a commission for someone twice because i didnt remember making their art, forgetting to send finished pieces to clients and many more. Ive decided to make this change to patreon rewards because chasing people down trying to get refs when they do not submit it when i call for them is difficult to keep track of and maintain, and im just trying to make this easy on myself so i can get back into my normal routine.

I really hope you all understand and i get things happen, which is why i will do my first ping in the discord when i am ready for refs, and then ill post a reminder here one week later just so people can still submit if they havent already !
