Character Suggestion Thread

To note, I'll probably skip a few of the lowest voted characters to let new names in and see interest in them.

Polling Procedure
Winners are to be decided from a lottery pick of ten entries. Entries of whom are picked from this suggestion post and will be from a mix of popular names between patrons and characters I find interesting. Each entry's odds are determined by the amount of votes they get from the poll that will follow.
Winners will be placed on cooldown for at least 2 polls.
