Tigress Project

TLDR:

October was a dry spell for production. Things have only kicked back up to normal mid November. Project is still ongoing and I'm going to try to catch up to where I should be!

I've been getting a lot of inquiries regarding the project (rightfully so.)

To newcomers, ever since the second Nicole Animation, I've been searching for a project idea that I could sink my teeth into and fully commit a long time to work on.  I tried a couple of ideas and scrapped/shelved most of them and it was around May/June, that I greenlit the Tigress Project that was based on the poll image set that I did for the same character.

Based on the script, and taking into account the additional runtime I found having voice acting in an animation project tended to add to an animation's length, I estimate the runtime to be about 12 minutes in length.

Due to this length however, it's very likely I'll release it in thirds. To add to that, multiple peers have been advising me to release it in smaller bite sized chunks. I see their wisdom in this but I may be hardheaded and forcefully release it in 4 minute segments. I do believe in the magic of seeing everything in one go! We'll see though!

To get to modern day,

Last month I haven't posted an update regarding the project. I'm ashamed to admit, but I've dropped off on production during October, and I've only gotten back to normalcy around mid-November. I realized my initial targeted time of 7 months of production for 4 minutes of animation, was unrealistically optimistic. (Though I DO plan to hire help for the project, I haven't reached that stage of production where I can take advantage of it.)

But I am hoping it cuts my production time by half.

Things have been pretty positive moving forward though. In related news, I've moved my project files from the dying HDD and backed it up into a new drive, and I took the opportunity to build a new PC when my RAM started failing. (I've been running my previous build ragged, If it ain't broke don't fix it type of deal. Almost losing my files scared me enough to start building a new one.)

To cap this off. I just want to state my appreciation for you all. I can't stress how much I'm thankful for the support, you're all wonderful!

The best I can do is to put my best foot forward as I make this project. I hope you all enjoy this when we get there!
