Two Minds, One Wand - Chapter One Hundred And Nine

Chapter is attached - this one is mostly playing in the past, as Harry and Amelia get an unexpected visitor. Some of the seeds Harry planted previously are growing quickly. There can't be many pieces left on the chess board now!

Many people can write sexy scenes, but scenes happen in what feels like a living world built from the ground up is what separates this from the rest. The interactions between people who surround Harry (not just the girls) gives Harry an indirect character development that's made all the more interesting because it happens from a different perspective. For example, I love that Neville has hero-worship issues, and the ongoing gag is that he thinks Harry is a WAY better person than he really is, no matter the mounting evidence to the contrary. I love that Harry's harem has developed its own culture that seems crazy and foreign to newcomers, or anyone who isn't part of it. I know I'm gushing praises here, but it would be wrong of me not to mention how consistent your releases are, and how consistent the quality is. While other creators make excuses about their sick mum's neighbor's dog eating their homework, you show up every week. One Hundred Nine chapters, and there's no boredom. No issues with no-plot (aka most slice-of-life stories). Pacing is excellent. Entertaining and detailed, but not drawing things out or wasting time. Characters develop, but they're still recognizable. The characters are so distinct that I could probably tell who's talking in text without anyone telling me, since different characters speak and act differently. The girls' world may revolve around Harry, but the story world does not feel like it revolves around the mc. It actually feels like things are happening outside of the scenes you write. That if the mc disappeared, the world of the story would continue to turn (in fact, you even illustrated this with Harry's temporary death). Yours is a top-tier story for a reason. There are writers of billion dollar franchises who cannot accomplish the things you accomplish here. I hope you're proud. Cheers

2024-09-21 08:18:24 +0000 UTCThere still seem to be so many loose ends! - Carrow twins - Nagini - Pansy - Lily - Andromeda - Selene the vampire - Ginny - Valentina Zabini And those are just the ones that seem sure! There are still others like Mei Chang, who seems likely. And Penelope Clearwater was hinted at but never revisited! The way Lily was worked into this chapter was great. It really gave the impression that it’s been going on for even the previous chapters, because in hindsight Lily was influencing things back then. Still looking forward to how how this time travel thing gets resolved, especially Amelia’s situation with her past self.

A boost would be nice. Is the final roster for the wives? Daphne, Susan, and Cho? Still hoping Hermione and Marie get a ring, haha. Maybe Ravenclaw for Hermione? Maybe Harry can claim Ravenclaw's house through the diadem. Maybe Harry is a descendant. Or maybe Lily has squib connections to other pureblood houses, like Rosier or Wilkes. Haha, Lily, you naughty witch! It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I wonder what Ginny is up to now. Been a while since we last saw her. Whatever is, I hope Luna gets involved. I want some Huna action. In other news...I wonder what other seeds Harry may have planted. Ha, I love Tracey being the bottom bitch, servicing the others; and let's face it, Tracey loves it too. Daphne should should gift her a collar.
