Do the vampires expect Harry to eliminate all of the werewolves? No way. Too many lycans in the world. Greyback may have a large army, but every single werewolf in Europe? On the entire planet? In any case, was it a full-moon or did Voldemort and Greyback get the wolves to change without it? If it is, then Harry was silly to go there and Remus even more so for suggesting it.
