Two Minds, One Wand - Chapter Sixty Six

Here's the second part of the Veela court arc and Harry's desperate fight to get his wand back.
This one's an interesting challenge - writing an incapacitated hero, trying to highlight the advancement and support of his friends, without taking away from the hero itself. It's a problem that I think even modern superhero movies struggle with, especially when they go to the sequel or the ensemble films. Let's see how I do!
Watched the third HP film recently - a beautiful depiction of the castle exterior and lakes and a reminder that before the twist, Sirius was quite scary!

Yeah, I'm in the camp of extermination of the Veela, they need to go. All but the 3 Delacours, all the rest gone. The fact he didn't kill them, Harry deserves to lose to Voldemort. He could have easily oblivated his friends and Sirius and took care of business.

2024-01-01 05:23:56 +0000 UTCBy the way, how old is Harry in this? Canon wise, he was fourteen when the Third Task happened and fifteen during the Order Of The Phoenix. You had Umbridge in this, but it doesn’t make any sense for this to be fifteen Harry. Sixteen Harry feels better and makes more sense due to the political reasons. The wizarding world majority is seventeen after all.
