I think it's a great idea to have specific characters visit the brothel. Sometimes, there doesn't even need to be a scene; a small amount of text description in a mission would be enough. Allowing them to request a specific follower or slave is also a good idea. For example, Malchezaar might visit the brothel and, due to his massive size, request three males to serve him or something along those lines.
