From now on all comics will be sent out at the end of the month after charges have been made. This means issue #3 won't arrive until the beginning of February. However...
As a thank you to everyone who supported me in the first month I'm going to be sending out issue #3 directly to everyone who was billed- just as soon as the comic is ready (probably sometime within the next seven days). For everyone else who subscribes this month they will have to wait until cards are charged at the end of the month to get it. That means anyone who paid for December could, theoretically, cancel in January and still get the comic (but you would miss any bonus content).
