We Now Have A (simple) Discord!

Only a few channels right now as I wanted to keep things sleek and simple.
You guys should be automatically connected through your tiers for pings when new chapters drop (and later on if I create specific channels for spoiler reasons) but Patreon can be a little clunky and I can't tell if it'll work only for new patrons or for existing.
