11/9 Status Update
Added 2025-11-10 00:10:37 +0000 UTCNetoria Tactics 2 comes out on Steam tomorrow! That's basically the whole update. I've been working hard on getting it ready and the game is almost ready to go gold. Except "going gold" isn't really a thing anymore with things like Steam. There's no disc I'm burning all the code onto or whatever. I'll probably update the game like five times tomorrow as random bugs get reported now that the pool of people experiencing the game widens. That's a big part of why I recommend buying the game on Steam instead of getting it from Itch or whatever. Bug fixes will be distributed with no effort on your part and much faster than me uploading some kind of patch. I really hate uploading patches in case you haven't noticed, it takes so much time. I have to recompile the whole game, upload it to like five sites, it's a pain in the ass.
So go to Steam! And buy the game! You just have to pay one lump sum and you'll get every update all the way to the end of Act 3. Otherwise go to... uh... Itch I guess. That's really the only way I can think of that makes any sense. But I'd really prefer you use Steam. Now I better get back to working on the game.
