9/6 Status Update

A quick update this week to get things back on track. I didn't get much done to be honest because things have been pretty hectic. I flew to France and have been moving around a lot, including having a train cancelled which was fun. Now you might be saying, "but Apollo, with all that travel time surely you broke out the laptop and got things done!" And sure, that happened a bit. But not really on stuff that's worth really talking about. So what am I talking about?

Well one thing I saw was some games not getting approved by Steam for being both early access and NSFW. Does that apply to Netoria Tactics 2? I don't know really. The page is up, and it says early access, so does that mean I'm good? Is this change retroactive? I sure hope not because it would be really annoying to ditch the Steam plan now after delaying the Act 1 launch for like half a year to accommodate it. Now that all the extra Netoria 1 stuff I made in said half-year gap is done, I've started work on getting the art for Act 2 made. I decided to begin with Vashti because I wanted to, and thought it'd be a nice change of pace after doing so much femboy stuff. And the first illustration turned out really well I think.

It was hard to figure out a composition for this one, but once I suggested trying it from Vashti's perspective it all clicked. This is on the "naughty" side of the Vashti POV. By the end of act 1 Vashti has control over both Zaman and Shah, and this is one of the first Act 2 scenes where she's consolidating her control. By the end of it she'll have both of them completely obedient to her and ready to fulfill their roles in getting her the Orb, power, and revenge.

I'll keep previewing the Netoria 2 art as it comes in. I was hoping to have something for Naked Ambition this week, but the pixel artist hasn't gotten anything to me for the epilogue art requests I sent in yet. But I'll have that soon. I also need to start on the grope art for the Act 2 Vashti POV. We're past the build up phase, so these will start to get a lot more sexual. She basically has content with everybody, except Danya for pretty obvious reasons, so there's going to need to be a lot of them.

That's all for this week. Keeping it short because it's only been like five days. But I want to get these back to being on Friday, even if today is Saturday.
