11/1 Status Update

My short detour to get the The Monster Within update is over with, so it's back to full speed ahead with Netoria 2's first act. I think at this point February is looking more likely than January for the full release. I don't think all the art will be in before that, and I might as well take more time to polish things up to match. Speaking of art, let's start this week's update off with some.

Told you this week's would be a lot sexier. Kisses are all well and good, but you need that full penetration too. At least that's what I keep pitching to Disney but they never return my calls. You could probably guess from what's going on in the art, but by the time you get this Shahrazad and Azar are fully invested in their romance and it has superseding her relationship with Zaman. Since she has her ponytail in this art, this version of the scene is on Shah's POV. That means that after this you'll get scenes setting up her POV specific storyline in act 2. Depending on how you're playing it, this could also be the last sex scene Shah gets as a girl. The rest of them she can be a femboy for.

I'd say all the relationship drama in act 1 is all still just prologue to the real NTR. Even if Shah and Azar are fucking, on Shah's POV that's the start of her establishing a relationship where they share her, not Zaman losing her and vice-versa. The real way Azar and Zaman can lose Shah is through her act 2 villain. Who... I almost have art for. It's really close, but still not done. The three levels I'm working on now end right before he joins the party. We're so close. For Shah's POV that villain is Nasib, Zaman's brother and crown prince of the kingdom. I've got some serious drama planned for these villains, and I'm almost to the point of getting to write all of it.

But for now what I'm working on is the final regular sex scenes, of the act, like what's in the art above, the POV sex scenes, and the three levels that take our heroes past the mountains and to Senet, the shady port city the party will use to hire a boat across the sea. Speaking of boats...

They're on a boat! This is the camp exploration scene for level 9. Since that level ends with them in the middle of the sea, I couldn't exactly use the normal one. And this boat is also the setting for level 10 where the gang is attacked by pirates! But that will have to wait until I finish levels 6-9. (Although I did actually design level 10 already because who can resist making pirate attack levels).

So that's pretty much where things stand right now. All the tweaks and changes I've been working through the last month have pretty much all been settled and now it's just making everything. Making the levels, making the scenes, making the art, making the items/skills, just a whole bunch of making stuff. And as long as I don't change anything or add on stuff to make, it's just a matter of time until all that stuff is made and it's all ready to go.
