12/24 Status Update

Happy Christmas eve to people who pay attention to that kind of thing. This update is going to be a shorter one because there isn't that much to talk about besides how I've made more progress on what I've already been doing, so let's get into it.

First off, At the Mountains of Friendship 1.2 is going well. Just a few more weeks now and it should be done. After some play-testing, I changed some aspects of the sanity system. Each girl now has their own "insane" ability that radically changes how she works when at 0 sanity. This will require more testing to make sure all these new abilities work and are fun, but I think it will be a good change. Besides that, I have to finish up some writing and get the voice acting for BFF made. But we're in the home stretch for the update now.

I've started work on the Steam version of Netoria Tactics and I have a pretty clear idea of what it will be now. The difference between this and the free version will mostly be extra art. There will be a new title screen and improved art in places I cut corners before like in a lot of the early NTR scenes.

Instead of having just a pop-in of the grope image for this scene, now there's full art of Emrys playing with Gwen's titties. When I was making these scenes I had very limited art budget and also a huge time crunch because the original artist had to leave the project. But now I can go back and fully realize them more.

I was also thinking about doing some extra bonus scenes that would be non-canon to the story. Just a little extra bonus for the paid version with scenarios that are fun/sexy but don't happen in the actual game. I want there to be a reason to actually buy the Steam version, but don't want to keep actual story content locked behind it.

So the Steam version is officially going to happen, I've made an entry in the Steam database for it and all that.
