I'll take another week to do some edits, rewrites, and fix bugs but his is basically it. You can now play the entire game, start to finish with the full experience. The walkthrough file is also updates to show what conditions unlock endings. I would recommend doing a full playthrough, or loading up a late save to see the epilogues rather than using the gallery room since that only has the sex scenes.
