9/10 Status Update

The big update for The Monster Within came out, I got the festival scenes for Futa Oasis finished, time to sit back and relax. Oh wait, that's not how game development works, time for the the next thing!

The most immediate next thing is 10 more random events for Futa Oasis, bringing the total up to 40. Those are almost done, should be ready for a .71/.81 this Friday. The scenes I'm working on for .9 are the last set of threesome scenes. there's ten pairings and we've only seen five of them after all. 

Yasmin + Nadiye, Yasmin + Azra, Nadiye + Zuri, Azra + Parisa, and Parisa + Zuri are coming soon to an oasis near you.

After this, I've got ten more scenes in the works, and then we'll see how I feel about things. It'll be December by that point and it might be time to focus more on At the Mountains of Friendship by then. We're working on girl 9/10 of the first release for that right now, although that's only character art, lots of sex scenes still to get done.

The overall goal is to have 12 girls done by the first public release to have those extra 2 ready for Patrons. The plan is to have a monthly update schedule like Futa Oasis with higher tier patrons getting new girls earlier. Ideally, the first patreon builds of this should be getting to people as early as next month.

The other new game is Netoria: Tactics Revolution and I have a lot to say about that one. I've made tons of progress on the game, but the art is just starting to get ramped up, characters are still getting designed and such.

I'd like to go into some more details about how that game works today. The base of the gameplay in Netoria is a turn based SRPG, basically Fire Emblem with some changes. The most important of which is the groping system. In battle, characters have Lust and Eroticism scores. If next to characters they find sexy, their Lust will be raised by their partners Eroticism. Their Lust score then effects their chance to grope. 

So if you let guys stand next FMC too long, they'll start to grope her. And them groping her then triggers her confronting them about their groping, which leads to more groping, which leads to the NTR content of the game. You can stop this either by not letting them stand next to FMC, or having MMC stand next to them too. 

All the mechanics of the game make putting the guys next to FMC the strongest way to play. They get stat boosts when next to her, stat debuffs away from her, FMC protects them from being attacked when next to her, MMC gets heavy debuffs when near them, etc. So if you want to keep your girl safe, it'll make the game a lot harder, but it's doable. 

That's the general philosophy of the game. Letting FMC get corrupted and NTR'd is the easy way out, but it's not inevitable in any sense. There's other layers too, like a rival female character who's trying to steal MMC away from FMC for herself. And if you're more into "mystery" NTR, you can turn off seeing the scenes FMC has with other characters directly and just overhear snippets while in camp.

So that's the very basics of how the game works. NTR happens based on how you play the battles, it's avoidable but leaning into makes the game easier. And MMC doesn't just stand in the corner sad, there's options for him too. If FMC gets stolen away he can get with the rival girl, or even turn into a girl himself and get corrupted alongside FMC.

It's basically a web of everyone NTRing everybody else. Pretty much everybody has some kind of pairing. Except Kobold Joe. Kobold Joe doesn't care about any of this.
