5/28 Status Update

This week was all about finishing things up. Almost all of the scenes for Naked Ambition .7 are done, with some dancer and random event scenes to finalize. But there's still a lot of small polish and player-princess conversations to do. So I think I'm going to put out one last test build before the end of the month. Hopefully the rest of it can be done in a week or so and the release will be pretty soon, with remainder of the .7 release cycle content to come in the following weeks.

Also exciting is the Futa Oasis (the name I'm using for the futa game I've been talking about) demo almost being done. The last thing I've been doing is lots of UI and visual polish. So that will definitely be ready next month. After .7 I'll probably have to start focusing pretty hard on Futa Oasis to get it done by my end of summer target date. Luckily Naked Ambition .8 is pretty simple, mostly just a timeline expansion until the end game starts. So updates for that won't need to stop.

There still work to and things that need changing and improving, but it's already looking much better. This game was a hot mess about a month ago, and now it's finally taking shape into something fun and engaging. That's game development for you.

So next month should have several Naked Ambition updates, the Futa Oasis demo, a Dream of the Sea test build, and maybe even a TF Card Battle update if I can get around to it. And since we're almost done with status updates before the .7 release, here's another piece of preview art I've been sandbagging to make sure I don't run out.
