4/9 Status Update

Yesterday, I put out the first $10 preview build or Naked Ambition .7. I plan on releasing another this week, and then the test build the week after that. At this point I'm mostly just writing, but there's a lot to write for this update.

Like with the .5 update, the initial .7 release won't contain new trainer events. It's going to take long enough to write the three separate scenes needed for each council member and all the winter events and I don't want to make people wait to long for an update.

Speaking of three separate scenes, let's talk about how that works. You get a different scene based on whether you're on the council member's route, and if you're not than if you have positive or negative favor with them.

If you're on their route, than things are pretty simple. They're already going to vote for the Princess, so the only check is a card check to get another point of favor with them. You'll need them to have five before the end of the game to get their ending. Apart from that, you'll also get to see a sex scene before them and the princess. Like this one:

If you have positive favor, it's pretty much the same as the previous scenes. A card check and a few skill checks. All you have to do is make sure the Princess doesn't completely mess up and you should be good.

But for negative favor, things get tricky. This is the Princess's final chance to win them over and they want her to demonstrate everything. Every skill has a check. But if the Princess can pass them all, she'll get a huge boost in favor, potentially winning them to her side for good.

There's not much more to say for this week. I'm working on things and they're steadily getting done, that's basically as good as it gets right now. When .7 gets closer to being complete I'll set up a poll to see which trainers get their new events first. As always, thanks for your continued support.
