TF Card Battle .95

I decided to make this a test build mostly because there's a few significant structural changes that have the possibility of creating errors. So if you find any, please report them.
On an annoying note, Patreon is still deleting the encryption keys out of mega links linked in the header, so download the game here.

Theme upgrades now have different base costs based on their power
Undid the tangled web of various themes upgrading the cards of other sets
You can now unlock the Mind Whore and Slave theme bonuses in the point store
Added acolyte render series
added images for beating the bosses as a Witch
TF no longer does twice as much damage versus bosses
Changed how the deal piles are ordered. the 4th card in each theme is now shuffled in 10 cards later than before
