What's Next?
Added 2019-12-27 02:10:21 +0000 UTCTF Card Battle .8 has been out for a little while, so what am I working on now? .83 will be out sometime in the near future, but right now my focus is on the new game. What's this new game? It's something I've been wanting to work on for a long time but haven't been able to fit it into the schedule, until now!
In this game you'll guide a princess's development as she tries to get herself onto the throne. Unlike most CHYOA games, this game doesn't revolve around branching decision points. Rather, the focus is on how you develop the Princess's personality, as that will determine what decisions she makes.
This game's got art, it's got music, it's got writing, it's got executable code, the works. I'm pretty exited about and think it can really be something special. It's going to be a bit of a departure from my other projects as MTF transformations are not going to be the main theme, although they will be present to a degree.
Essentially this takes the alternating slot with TF Card Battle, so after the first release of this new game, TF Card Battle .9 will be next. I hope to have more to show you soon. The game is coming along well with most of the major systems in place and a good amount of art done. Right now I'm focusing on the writing. This game will feature test builds as normal and I hope to get one out relatively soon.
