My gift to you is a viable Maid strategy, coming soon.
The maid game plan is a bit different than Bimbo or Hucow. Those strategies get better based on how many of the resource accumulating cards you have (how many ditzes are in your deck or how many breast expansion cards you've played.) The Maid however, wants to get away with as few cleaning cards as possible. After all, if you spend all your time cleaning, how do you expect to defeat your opponents!
The dirtiness counter now starts at 0, and only begins when you play a card that cleans. This means that when you start cleaning is important. You could buy a bunch of payoff cards first, and then only later play your first cleaning card, instantly putting all those payoff cards at maximum effectiveness.
The Maid is a high submissiveness strategy. You want relics that start you at high TF. The mid game heart strategies aren't great for Maids because you have mediocre cleaning cards in the buy pile and not many payoffs. Start in the late TF levels, buy a bunch of payoff cards first, play one cleaning card and BOOM, suddenly your deck is full of cards that give +12 shield, +8 to brain/heart/sub and draw 6!
Also in the upcoming update is three new relics, a new card for every TF, a new endgame brain card, and a new theme; Femme Fatale. Femme Fatale is all about using brain and heart cards at the same time. Combine the power of seduction and brainpower to crush your opponents! The theme bonus makes all your flirts give 1 brain as well. Suddenly those powerful late brain cards like Triumph of the Mind or Corrective Surgery don't seem so hard to get.
