Going to build the dual 5015 setup for Ender 5 Plus with MSDD and will swap the BLT for EZABL.

2023-07-05 07:47:17 +0000 UTCThere unfortunately seems to be two (or more) diameter sizes for the outer rings on the V6 collar. Last month I had a couple people complain that the mount was too tight for it to fit. Please take a calipered measurement (from a couple angles) of the diameter of your v6 hotend collar. Let me know the value and I will investigate this evening and get you an adjusted one.

2023-03-17 22:35:21 +0000 UTCI have an Ender 3v2 which I have converted to a DD using the stock stepper motor and dual gear extruder and a Creality Spider 500 which is screw mounted. I printed the hotend mount for the Spider 500 and the direct drive for the Creality front mount. My problem is when trying to screw the DD mount down to the hotend mount the holes don't line up unless I slide it to the left far enough to where the DD mount is forcing the left parts cooling fan over dangerously close to breaking. The hole that the bowden tube goes through lines up perfectly but the DD mount is sitting too far left and is hitting the 5015 fan. Please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong.

2023-03-07 12:39:49 +0000 UTCThe Micro Swiss All Metal is mounted the same as the stock Creality Ender 3 hotend. The mount to use is: HMG7 Creality OEM-CR10S-Ender3-5-MK8-MS Mount.stl the 'MS' in the filename is short for Micro Swiss. The Gen7 documentation has assembly diagrams for your setup (page 26-27 and after).

2022-12-14 01:47:30 +0000 UTCAlmost exactly the build I needed, just got the Revo CR for my E3Pro and was previously using the HMG6 build. The one difference is that I have the Mini Sherpa, so I printed the plate for that and I wasn't sure on the skirt so I went with the Revo Micro but it looks like you went with the Revo 6, is that correct?
