1st answer is: “Correct methodology”
2nd answer is: “For creating a rejuvenating remedy”
3rd answer is: “Lubricating oils”
1st answer is: “It helps dissolve most of the known substances. No, you can’t.”
Correct answers for the 2nd and 3rd questions you are given by Sam after waiting for a couple of seconds.

In your first battle, you are facing three average type monsters, while having both Sam and the Player character at the battlefield. Each character under your control has different abilities, and you can freely switch between them before using the ability. The easiest way to defeat enemies is by following these steps:
1) Switch to Sam (by clicking on her)
2) Use her 2nd ability to deal massive AoE damage, both on the first and the second rounds.3) Use her 4th ability to negate incoming attack.
4) Use her 2nd ability last time. At this point, all three monsters that are facing you are going to be at low hp, however, due to some random in dmg numbers they still could need more than one attack to be dealt with.
5) Use her 3rd ability once on each of the monsters. Is the attack kills the monster - good, if they are still standing after it - not a problem While the Sam’s HP at this point might be low, we still have our Player character.
6) Switch to the Player character and finish the monsters with one of his attack abilities (1-3).

In your second battle, you are facing only two monsters, but you also have only one character under your control - Kali - so we should be careful and try to not get hit by any powerful attacks from the monsters (each 3rd attack is empowered). Try following next steps:
1) Use her 2nd ability twice.
2) Use her 4th ability to negate incoming attack.
3) Use her 2nd ability last time.
4) Use her 3rd ability to finish off each enemy.
Sometimes, due to the random nature of dmg from her 2nd ability, you might not be able to finish enemies with her 3rd ability, but don’t be discouraged - in case your character’s HP reach 0 the battle will instantly restart, so you can try it once again, and this times luck gonna be on your side.

In your third battle you once again control both Sam and your Player character. However, this time he also got the new ability that deals AoE dmg, which makes this battle generally be one of the easiest.
Just use his 3rd ability three times, switch to Sam and finish enemies with her 2nd ability.
Do the same thing for the 2nd wave of enemies in case you decided not to put any traps.
Your fourth battle once again puts you against two enemies, with only one Kali under your control.
Just follow the set of steps from for the battle #2 and you will be fine.
Your fifth battle gives you Ciri under control, and such an experienced Witcher like her won’t have any problems with just a couple of enemies. Just do the next:
1) Use her 2nd ability twice.
2) Use her 4th ability to parry incoming attack.
3) Use her 2nd ability last time.
4) Use her 1st ability.
5) Then finish enemies off with her 3rd ability.

Your sixth battler will put you against two enemies while having Ciri under your command. Simply follow the steps for battle #5 and you’ll be fine.
Sam and Player character against just two monsters. Use Player’s 3rd or Sam’s 2nd ability a couple of times.
It’s Ciri against two enemies. You know what to do.
This time it’s just Sam against two enemies, so you should be a bit careful about your HP management. Try following:
1) Use her 2nd ability twice.
2) Use her 4th ability to negate incoming attack.
3) Use her 2nd ability last time.
4) Use her 3rd ability to hit the enemy with the lowest hp. If it kills him - target the next enemy, if it not - target the same.
This time it’s Ciri against a giant enemy. The following works:
1) Use her 2nd ability twice.
2) Use her 4th ability to parry incoming attack.
3) Use her 2nd ability last time.
4) Use her 3rd ability however many times necessary. Parry every third attack if you are concerned about the HP.
Finally, the showdown with BIG BAD EVIL GUY. Alright, alright, let’s be real, all we have here is the small and mildly annoying old geezer. It's a showdown nonetheless, so get ready for battle!..
Old fella is pretty bulky, but you’ll be fine if you do the following:
1) Two big attacks from Player character (3rd ability)
2) Dodge (4th ability)
3) Another big attack (3rd ability) from the Player
4) Switch to Sam and use her big attack (2nd ability)
5) Negate enemy’s attack (4th ability)
6) Two more big attack from Sam (3rd ability)
7) Switch to Player character and dodge (4th ability)
8) Switch back to Sam and finish him off with her 3rd ability.

Move 2nd and 3rd pins, the order doesn’t matter.

Suit yourself, because this is just a glorified dummy. Losing is impossible.

We’ve got our first real enemy - the spear-guy. As you might’ve guessed already - he is good with the spear. So in order to win we need to break it. Just do the following:
1) Arsenal Disruption
2) Shadow Barrier
3) Arsenal Disruption
4) Arsenal Disruption
5) Ultimate Assault x2 and Dark Strike x3

This time we have a berserker opposing us. As the name suggest, he’s getting stronger the lower his HP (if we want to be more specific, he gets x3 attack modifier if his HP <50%). But since we know that, all we need to do is:
1) Dark Strike x3
2) Ultimate Assault x2

The next is a shield-guy. Since shield cut out dmg to negligible values, we have to get rid of it first. Try following:
1) Arsenal Disruption x4
2) Ultimate Assault x2 and Dark Strike x3

Fight #5
The final showdown and our opponent is a little sh… Teemo. Our opponent is Teemo. He will constantly spam his poisonous dart that makes us miss our hits and hide with invisibility so we wouldn’t be able to hit him even when we are not poisoned. Oh, and he’s the only opponent that always attacks first. However, despite all that, we can beat him with one simple trick - just wait till the round three (when he gets invisible), then use Shadow Barrier and counter his poisonous dart.
