Status update

Hello everyone,
First of all, thank you so much for your constant support. I know it might sometimes seem like I’m just giving excuses, but I really try to be as transparent as possible with you.

I’m currently still without access to my main PC. I haven’t received any updates from the technician checking my GPU, and at this point, I suspect it’s either beyond repair… or it was stolen. For those unfamiliar with the situation: my PC was handled by a service agent who unfortunately dropped it, and that fall damaged the GPU.

Thankfully, all my files and projects are stored on an external SSD, and I back them up on an external hard drive as well. I adopted this habit during college after learning the hard way.

Even though I don’t have my PC, I haven’t stopped working. I’m currently using a MacBook that my dad gifted me when I graduated, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its performance. I’ve used Windows my whole life, and now I’ve been working on macOS for over two weeks. I have to say—I’m actually enjoying it. Blender, in particular, runs smoothly and performs really well—even better than on my PC.

Right now, I’m working on alt angles and discarded shots from the final Krystal animation. This content will be available for the “Super fan” tier sometime this month, or at the latest, early next month, depending on render times, which are longer in my Macbook

I’ve sold some personal items in an attempt to buy a new GPU, but as many of you may know, there’s currently no availability, or prices are extremely high in my country. I still have some hope of recovering my RTX 3070 Ti, but honestly, I’m starting to feel pretty discouraged. If I do manage to gather the necessary funds, I’d love to purchase an RTX 5070 or 5080—though right now, that feels like a distant dream.

Lastly, I’ve been considering adding a new membership tier that would include a custom render using one of the models I already have. It would be similar to a commission, and limited to just one or two slots. I’d love to know if there’s any interest in this type of exclusive content.
