kazza got you covered with positions, but relatively in performance based songs/title tracks, their distribution tend to look like this:
- hook/killing part if it's a more vocal based song: mame, ren, takumi, junki [note: mame, ren, takumi is commonly referred to as "the holy trinity", and as said by keigo from a recent live, they're implicitly considered as the center line in JO1]
- hook/killing part if it's a more rap based song: ruki, syoya
- vocal belting: 90% junki, can sometimes be ren & sho (more commonly found in b-sides)
- main rapping part: shion, syoya
- bridge: keigo, sho
- melodic chorus: in earlier releases, would mainly be junki, ren, takumi. however, in later releases, sukai got more parts
- dance break center: ren, mame, shosei, keigo, ruki, syoya (in born to be wild, it was shosei)
- a sad general note: shosei and sho get the short end of the stick in terms of line distribution, which is why it can be challenging to identify them. ruki used to get little lines too, but has more recently been compensated with more center time.

Just a small tip to help you differentiate the members:
- muscular people: sho > keigo > sukai (sky) = shion > mame (issei, because he has been building muscle from last year)
- smaller frame people: ren, ruki, shosei, syoya
- keigo is the tallest, followed by sukai = sho
- takumi is the shortest, followed by syoya, then ren
