I have always been a fan of both. I grew up with black and white version of The X-Men where I lived and the magic of well inked comic art is always amazing to me. Tim Townsend, Terry Austin... So many awesome inkers out there that made the original art sing. Also some artists like Jeff Smith drew BEAUTIFUL black and white comics with his original Bone run. The black and white can also convey mood and different style of storytelling. I don't think it's one OR the other. But I think color and Black and White both have their beauty. In my opinion.

2021-02-15 11:03:22 +0000 UTCColor is what makes art stand out. It breathes life into characters and provides context that is borderline impossible to convey in other ways. True, it takes more time, but the best way to experience a comic - erotic or not - is in the beauty of color.
