2021-07-13 19:15:35 +0000 UTCI was thinking the same thing. The way MNET edits it makes it seem like he has the worst ideas and is a complete manipulator, but I never see signs of the others annoyed with him etc. He does have a lot of experience too, so that could be valuable to them.

2021-07-13 19:15:16 +0000 UTCThe next episode is what really made me admire Jay's character. It also has one of my fave Jay and Sunghoon interactions! I still stand by the belief that Seon was poorly edited on purpose. There has to be a reason why people weren't voting him out and I don't think it was fear or intimidation. I really think the other I-Landers respected him for his analyzation of parts and his mediation. He was also really good at being friends with everyone. It could've been a survival tactic, but hey, it worked! In a way he was their overall leader, I think. You had whoever took Part 1 mostly leading for each "challenge" but I think people looked to him for everything unrelated to that.
