Anime and FPS seem like two things that never quite got along, but that isn't to say no one has tried - and in 2007, Black Cyc managed to bring the two together along with elements from otome games and B-movies to create an unforgetable boomer shooter visual novel. And it ROCKS.

Black Cyc is eternally cool. Shedding light on their work is always nice to see! I'd love to see anything covering the dante 98 as you mentioned... Corpse Party has such a long history ^_^ Azusa 999, Clock Work, Moon Whistle, so many stunning games debuted on the engine. Clunky as it was, the stories that came from it were very effective.

As did the Onii-chan is Done For clip. Also wielding a gun and a katana? Dang Warframe eat your heart out you need to swap between those in that game. Speaking of the edge though, yeah, god damn that's edgy in the most fun way possible, now I'm question whether it's worth it to go watch Blood+ again, something that was one of the first anime I watched at the tender age of "I don't remember but I didn't let myself just be a girl yet so definitely way too young." Okay I just hit the part where you talk about the Misogynistic Femboy, did not expect that but they've had various takes on the "otokonoko" type characters in the previous two games from them you've covered so it's not a complete shock of them to provide another one. Pretty sure the grey enemies are crabs pretending to be zombies rising out of their graves, as evidenced by the huge hand, the face in the bottom right and the weird little skittery legs.
