Mid-video update - This One Got Timed Wrong Edition

Hello hello all~! It is once again time for a new round of updates!

Sorry for the... slightly odd timing on this one, I usually do these before the script to a video is finished, but I've been working to get this video done soon as possible to afford myself more time for freelance music work to fund a vacation (shooting for $1.5k or so, which has required a crap ton of work), and because Colossalcon is coming up and I want to be able to get enough done before then that I don't have to think about all this stuff. So basically my mind is slightly scattered right now but THINGS ARE GOOD.

Also, I once again have to thank everybody for the continued success of this channel and this Patreon. Seemingly off the back of SayoOshi and 3DO alone, we've passed my last goal right before Patreon is intending to scrap that whole system - $1.1k a month!! That's enough cash that I can actually put money into savings on calmer months, and not have to dip into music funds to deal with most medium expenses, like pricier medical co-pays. Thank you all so, so so so much. <3

And with that said... let's look at what's cooking!

Yami no Koe II: Script is finished and up for reading here! The voice over is also finished, and editing has begun today. Progress is going very smooth so far, so I don't expect this one to take more than a week to be out.

Gun-Katana: Sorry not sorry everyone, I got Black Cyc pilled. I booted this up on a whim a few nights ago and have been utterly hooked on it to the point that I feel a desperate need to write way too many words on it - it's otome, it's a boomer shooter, it's edgy, and it's GODDAMN AMAZING. I have had the dumbest smile on my face playing it, and if all pans out then hopefully this will be June's video.

Galaxy Fraulein Yuna 3: The madmen who translated the first two games finally got around to this one, so I guess that's my call to action to talk about this! This is likely going to be the video after Gun-Katana since I need something shorter while I'm busy moving into a larger apartment to accommodate my roommates girlfriend (and good friend of mine) moving in. I have so many boxes of trinkets...

Other media: Rance universe stuff is once again kind of stalled. I'll try to start up Kichikuou again some time soon, but between other projects and not totally being in the headspace for it, I can't guarantee when that will be other than "sometime this year."
Pia Carrot 2 and Yoru ga Kuru! are still in the cards once I get through these next few busy months.

That's about all for now in terms of updates! But as usual, if you all have any questions you'd like to hear me answer, please leave them down below! This Q&A segment will be a bit shorter since the voice over turned out to be only 36 minutes, but if I got time I'll try and squeeze some stuff in, maybe get the left over ones in the next video if there's any.
...a-also, I've kind of run out of fellow video creators to shout out off the top of my head, so if you have anyone under 25k subs you think is cool, then please let me know so I can look at their stuff and maybe give them a shout in this video. >_<

Okay, now that's really really all for now. Thank you all again for your continued support, please take care, and see you all soon!! ヽ(・∀・)ノ

Congrats for $1.1k! Glad to see your quality work being recognized a good bit more. As for small channels to shout out( apologies if these might be out of your wheelhouse)- Coffee Potato https://youtube.com/@CoffeePotato A known( at least in the TO community) good source of good informative videos about stuff like Armored Core and Tactics Ogre, but since both are niche, so is he. Ludiscere https://youtube.com/@Ludiscere Long form videos that go quite in-depth, especially with, recently, Final Fantasy.

Congratulations on reaching $1.1k!! Hope the future continues to be bright. Yay for more Black-Cyc!! I really enjoyed your deep dive into the 3DO in Japan. There truly is such a large breadth of gaming history that we in the West just don’t know about due to language barriers, and this got me thinking about another console that had a very different life in Japan than it did in the West— the Sega Saturn. Is there a possibility of a deep dive into the Saturn’s unique library in Japan (especially considering the lax content restrictions in regards to eroge and the like)?
