But I can say with confidence that I feel every single word you've said about them, and I can say I have felt many of the emotions you describe here. It's hard to grow in a cruel, seemingly unfeeling world as an overly sensitive individual but whilst the warmth and love we need so much is waiting for us around the corner, every day is worth going out to try and finding it.
