New hardware!

Recently, thanks to the newegg shuffle, I have been given the chance to upgrade my GPU. Although it was not exactly a card I was searching for, render times on this new series is really no joke. I didn't want to announce anything until I got it installed and running properly, but now that I've tested it out I am more than happy to have it.
The new card is a 3060 Ti, which unfortunately only has 8gb of ram just like my old card. This means I am not able to use any more resources than before in Daz Studio, due to the way the software loads the assets into the RAM when it renders. What it does help with though is the speed of which it can render. I've upgraded my native render resolution from 2400x1500 up to 3840x2400. Since things were already pretty high resolution, some of you might not see the difference, but thanks to the new card, rendering at this scale is still almost twice as fast as my old card with the lower resolution. So even though the differences are small, it's such a relief now not to worry about getting all my scenes rendered in time for all of you.
In the future if I do have an option to grab a different card with higher RAM I still want to do that. Having something like that would open up a lot of opportunities to add in more models and kick up the details for things that require more resources. But for now I am still more than happy to be working with this new hardware.
From now on I plan on rendering everything out in this new higher resolution. I went back to redo the entire chapter 12 of Found at the Gym, since it wasn't much of a problem to change this and let it run. Now all of you will get to enjoy it, and I just have to say we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the support from all of you. I've never had the means to make a purchase like this before in my life, and I plan to pay the community back by bringing all of you more and more content as time goes on.
