2025-02-24 13:12:53 +0000 UTCIf this project does go to live action (knock on wood), I’m hoping and kind of expecting each transformation to be slightly different, as they are in the audio series, e.g., when Emily spontaneously changes in a restaurant on a date, though that ended up being a (spoiler alert) dream sequence; when Emily changes in front of Jess for the first time; when she gets angry at Mei for leaving her alone in the cave, and her rage fuels the transformation, etc. At the very least, she shouldn’t be surprised after the first time. I’d like her to eventually use her werewolf side in self-defense, but that might not be in the cards for the series, at least for right now.

2025-02-24 12:34:33 +0000 UTCThis series of live action TFs looks like it's from Emily's first transformation. But in the show, she has transformed many times by now. I wonder if werewolves ever get used to it or it's just too violent/painful/weird too ever not have this kind of visceral reaction.

2025-02-22 13:46:11 +0000 UTCAn obligatory but necessary scene in every transformation is the subject staring at his or her hand in awe as it changes. I think this was even an Onion headline, lol. Also, I like how her fingers get longer when she changes, not shrink into a paw like some other werewolf movies/T.V. shows.
