Chapter 52 : Another Believers?

A deep shock was written on the high elves face. They couldn't believe what happened, as far as they knew even the Gods of their world couldn't do this, yet this unknowing God in front of them easily killed the famed flame dragon? Who is known for being invincible?

While they were in shock, Kyle landed into the ground and glanced at the elves, and said. "You guys can come out now, I already killed the source of the problem."

Actually killing the dragon wasn't as simple as it seems, he only did it easily because the dragon didn't fly and it didn't expect for him to kill it with 1 blow.

The elves slowly approached him, even though they were really shocked by the unbelievable scene that happened right in front of their eyes, they didn't forget to thank him because Kyle is their saviour.

"Thank you!"

"God thank you for saving our race!"

"Thank-"

Kyle smiled and scratched his head, being thanked by a lot of people is something new and feels nice? Anyway it's just a part of his job though he couldn't help but feel proud.

Even though he couldn't save everyone, at least what happened in the original didn't happen.

The high elf Tuka, slowly approached him and after she got closer she did a half kneeling position and shouted. "Thank you God, for saving my people if it wasn't for you then I.."

Tuka couldn't describe how grateful she is, without him her race would really have died and the hands of that flame dragon and because of him wouldn't face extinction, after all they were the last kind of their race.

"Hey, hey you don't need to kneel. It's my job to help you." He felt a little awkward about this.

"Even so, it's our tradition to kneel in our saviour so please let me do this."

"Uhm….if that's what you want then go on." He didn't stop her, it would probably be an insult if he were to stop him. He was totally clueless about this so-called tradition of theirs.

After Tuka started kneeling, the rest of the elves did the same as her. Such a sight was amazing, at this moment he felt like a king? No to be precise a God with his followers kneeling down to him, though it wasn't isn't really the case.. right?

While the high elves were kneeling, they looked like they were praying or somehow? Anyway after a few minutes of kneeling suddenly asked. "Can you please tell me your name God?"

He smiled wryly as he wasn't used to being called God, even though he is indeed one he was just a mortal a few days ago, regardless of her reason for asking for his name, he still answered it anyway.

"My name is Kobayashi Kyle."

As he said his name, every elves engraved his name in their minds, and Tuka asked once again. "Lord Kyle, what is your God title?"

Kyle froze for a bit, and immediately recovered. "My title….is God Of Delivery."

He said it as normal as he could, he didn't want to sound awkward as he said it, he really wanted to change his God title with a cooler one but he couldn't as it was already engraved in his 'Divinity'.

But personally he doesn't really hate his God title, as it was a perfect match for his job, then Tuka said something unexpected. "Then starting from this moment you Lord Kyle the God Of Delivery will be our God"

"Oh sur- wait what?! What are you saying? You want me to worship me as your God?" Kyle was very surprised by this, all he did was save her and her race, does really want to do this? Isn't a bit too...no wait forget it.

It's actually more reasonable than Shinobu and Kanae making a religion of him just because of a misunderstanding, and also he needed to have more followers to become a High God, if he became one he might be able to par Tohru in power maybe? He wasn't clear about this High God thingy; his 'Divinity' just gave him a little bit of knowledge about it.

(A/N : I'll add some power structure Mortal - High Mortal - Minor God - High God - Great God - Supreme God - Creation God - ??? I'll explain more of the details on the later chapters.)

His knowledge of that level was too shallow, however at least he knew a major knowledge regarding this High God rank, it could revive someone to who died.

In short it was a very important ability, for example if someone he knew were to die he could just revive them, with this he wouldn't worry about losing anyone, he desired to reach this level but it wasn't to the point that he'd do anything to reach it.

Aside from that the high elves agreed to have him as their God, in the first place they didn't have a God to worship currently anyway, it was a very long time ago since they worshipped another.

The last God they worshipped is the world tree, but it died a long time ago so regarding worshipping Kyle as their God they don't have a problem, besides without him would certainly face extinction.

So the issue of worshipping him ended as all of the elves agreed, guess it was his luck with this he would gain another source of faith and more importantly all of them believed him as a true God so everyone is a fanatic believer.

Unlike his religion from his world where only Shinobu and Kanae believed him as a God and time passed only those half assed believers are left in his religion, based on his 'Divinity' more the person believed him the more faith he would receive.

The system didn't issue him to go back yet, so he stayed with the elves gathering information about their race as a result he got more information than he intended and that included their private life.

In other words their sexual reproduction, anyway he was very surprised to know that elves were even hornier than humans, it's just they don't usually show it, they said once an elf reach 200 of age it would be similar to a human teenager experiencing puberty but much much worse, like it was their horniest time of the year.

It's basically the reason why they had to find a spouse before they became 200 because at that time, everything is fine as long as it could calm their sexual urge.

The female elves who talked about this couldn't help but blush as those times were the worst and best memories of their lives.

He stayed with the elves till morning, he also taught them how to cook simple dishes and some basic first aid medication just in case if someone got injured and because of that they worshipped him even more, it wasn't his intention but since he benefited from it he let it be.

After that the system issued him to return, and he didn't forget to say goodbye to his first elves believers.
