Chapter 50 : High Elf?

Kyle didn't have time to think, since the system had issued him to go now, he drove his motorcycle straight, surpassingly this time there wasn't anyone blocking his way, so after exactly 70 meters a black hole appeared sucking him inside and immediately disappeared as soon as it arrived.

Kyle appeared in a forest that has plenty of huge forest trees, this made him feel some sort of Deja Vu, exactly the same feeling when he first delivered a takeaway order from the system.

Exactly when he met Esdeath, speaking of her he wondered how is she now? Is she doing well? He wondered if she followed his little advice.

After that, he immediately started to look for the person who ordered his help, since this was actually his first time delivering his help and without food or item.

The only requirement is his help, he had this feeling that it isn't going to be easy. He looked at his system map after he saw the customer location he drove his motorcycle.

The customer distance was just about 2 kilometers ahead, it wasn't that far but it would take time to arrive because he was basically in a forest! It doesn't have any road and is filled with rocks and stuff.

After some time, he was almost at the customer location, however he had this question on his mind, it wasn't that hard to figure but this customer isn't a human because no one would actually live in a deep forest like this.

He had a hunch of what kind of race is living in that location, his expectations were getting restless. If it's 'that' race then damn it would be awesome.

And he's talking about elves, yes those blonde haired race with two pointy ears, the legendary elves!

He was a fan of such a race, it was his dream to meet a real one and at this moment he might meet one after all the world that he is currently in had some elf, so he couldn't help but feel expectant.

Bluntly speaking, an elf isn't that much different from humans, it's just they have this unique charm with them, and that's being beautiful. Imagine seeing a bunch of beautiful and handsome blonde people with long pointy ears, such sight is amazing.

But only to realize later that you're the ugliest one, so he continued to go deep down the forest, as he got closer and closer he noticed that in a certain location of the forest was burning.

"Huh…? don't tell me!" He connected all of the possible clues that he had in mind, and basically his conclusion is the person who ordered his help is in that burning place!.

Kyle instantly drove his motorcycle as fast as he could, he didn't care about the rocky road and went straight ahead.

Tuka Runa Marusō is a high elf, everything was perfectly normal today, the high elf was happily walking in her elven village while carrying her long bow, this was considered normal for her race to carry bow and arrows, it's already their tradition.

Today she was going to hunt for food with her father, and yes they kill and eat animals to eat. They were unlike some other elves in some other anime, but everytime they kill an animal or something that is part of nature they would pray for it.

Tuka finally saw her father waiting for her just near, she smiled as she saw him though she loved his father deeply at the same time she hated him for being a playboy, that was her father's only flaw.

"Father! I'm here."

Her father has long noticed her, and he gives his daughter a slight smile. "You're finally here, we can now start hunting."

Tuka's father's name is Hodor Marceau, his appearance is similar to a man in his twenties, however looks can be deceiving in fact he's already as old as 300+ while Tuka herself is 165.

Yet she still looks like someone in her sixteenth, but it wasn't surprising for an elf however Tuka and Hodor weren't just any other common elves as they are both high elves, they have more lifespan than the former.

"Yes father!" Tuka immediately replied, she approached her father, as they were about to leave their village to hunt for food, suddenly a earth shattering roar was echoing in the entire Koan forest.

Not even a second had passed, Hodor was a quick witted person and shouted. "A DRAGON IS HERE! RUN!!"

His voice made a lot of elves brought back into reality and they started to move.

"Bring the children and women to a safe location! For those who could fight follow me!" A certain leader of high elves shouted, as the leader said that almost every single man volunteered, they didn't even hesitate to put their lives on the line, elves were less selfish than humans.

Also they aren't fools, they know that they couldn't beat the dragon, however for the sake of saving time for their wives and children they have to make sacrifices.

The dragon was finally seen above their heads, it was a huge flame dragon at least 20 meters long, just by looking at it one could tell that it's scale is very hard, seeing the dragon's intimidating appearance, it would be a lie to say that they weren't afraid.

However despite their fears, their family safety was more important than anything, so the leader of the high elves shouted. "Ready your positions!"

"Fire!!"

All of the men elves shot their arrows toward the body of the dragon, however their arrows didn't even penetrate into the scales of the dragon, to be specific it didn't even put a scratch!

It made the elves extremely depressed, however they know this very well because the flame dragon was very famous for being unbeatable.

The dragon was enraged by the elves' actions, it breathed a huge meteor like fireball toward the male elves, results wiping 1/3th of the entire group!

Those who got hit by the huge meteor like fireball, Instantly became charcoals this scene was seen by the elves women and childrens, those who lost their husbands cried in a heart shattering voice.

Tuka was no exception, she cried as she saw the devastating disaster that the flame dragon brought, she looked at it with extreme hatred!

She gripped bow, because she was very frustrated at this moment, at a time like this she could do anything to help and at the same time she prayed with all of her heart that someone would help them from this hellish situation.

The flame dragon once again breathed a huge fireball! Making half of the male elves in the front die in a painful death.

This time Tuka couldn't stand it anymore, seeing her people die she dashed toward the flame dragon with rage, someone tried to stop her but it was too late.

"Tuka! Stop you'll only die if you go!"

However Tuka couldn't hear it, all she thinks of is to kill the flame dragon, she entered the battlefield and shouted. "You will pay for what you did to my people!"

Spoiler ~ In the original series of Gate only Tuka survived in the attack, though it's only in the anime, but in the Manga her father and half-sister survived I'm not too sure because personally I haven't really read the manga and if I made some mistake my bad.
