LET HER DO IT

So unfortunately, bit of a bummer this week. Some of you probably know that in addition to writing hot comics like this and my work helping over at Slipshine, I also help out over on the publishing site Hiveworks, which I've been a part of since the earliest days of Blaster Nation. After a very hellish few months helping the team there do everything possible in trying to prevent it, Hiveworks has sadly closed its print and publishing divisions. It will still live on as a general web host, but my role at Hiveworks is officially over after 13 years.

It's a weird feeling with a lot of weird circumstances around it that I'm probably not gonna be able to articulate for quite some time, but I'm sad it ended the way it did. I'll still be doing what I can to help out the affected artists and staff, of course. But in a sense, it's a bit freeing. Hiveworks took up a lot of my time, and I want to put that new free time back into networking with other artists and building up a community of adult artists (y'know, when I'm not writing other comics and games). I'll be tinkering away at the free Rock Cocks site to try to get some new stuff going, so stay tuned for more!
