Thanks for the suggestions on the pin ups and comics for next month! I think we got something you all are gonna really enjoy~! As for the fitness report, I decided to try something I saw online called 12-3-30. Basically, walk on the treadmill at the max level incline (12) at 3 mph for 30 minutes. I've been able to regularly jog for 30 straight minutes and I've done 12 incline at 2 mph for a full hour pretty regularly before, so I thought surely I could increase the speed a bit. HOOBOY, I was wrong. That absolutely wrecked me. Had to drop it down to 2.5 mph after 10 minutes, and my legs are still feeling it two days later. Definitely need to work my way up to it. I think I'll try incorporating that into my regular workout once a week and gradually build up my endurance. I think it counts as leg day, right?
