Man, it's amazing just how much regular exercise can cure you. On weeks where I don't mow the lawn, I do some jogging on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I used to just do weightlifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then rest for the weekend, but I've now added a leisurely 30 minute walk to those as well. And man... it helps. Walking is great. I highly recommend it. It's been helping with my lower back issues and I've finally been losing weight. Plus I have so much energy, even after shifting over to a night owl lifestyle. Don't be like how I used to and sit for days on end! You gotta move around sometimes!
