About my absence

I have my maternal grandmother with constant analysis and check-ups to rule out very serious illnesses (which which there are no great hopes in any sense) since this last one was about a biopsy of her womb and since my paternal grandmother died from metastatic cancer and the last instance was the biopsies, well that gives me less hope.
My maternal grandmother is already an 82-year-old woman with other diseases such as diabetes and according to the doctors, she had two possible embolisms (that is not the term they gave) that were not fatal or very critical, so she is a person who already requires very careful care.
Nearby, fortunately she can walk just enough to take care of her needs like going to the bathroom (I say this because it is very sad to no longer be able to do those things for yourself).
Well that doesn't mean that I am the one who takes care of my grandmother, since she has my mother and her siblings and they are all responding to the situation. But I am in charge of carrying and bringing from one place to another and they regularly take turns taking care of my grandmother and well there are weeks when it's our turn and well there are days when she can't move and requires you to be attentive, that's the last few months, It has been like that and I have been able to cope with my job (not full-time), helping my mother and patreon as much as I can.
Now the specific points:
- My absence was because I got sick with dengue.
- It is possible that I will not be able to bring more things than the three cards a month (since it seems that my grandmother will require more attention and care)
