Glad to see you back on track. Just got back to reading your stuff yesterday. Started over from the beginning of act 2 of your AMA branch and read all the way through till the most recent release. The last 50 or so chapters are absolutely awesome. Love the humor and tension building. Nice to read a story that makes me sit on the edge of my seat, even knowing nothing horrible will happen. Sorry to hear about the mental health issues with family. Trying to be there for loved ones who are struggling, while balancing everything else in life, can be quite exhausting, especially when others aren't there to pick up the slack. In my opinion, to be there for someone like that when they really need you is one of the most important things we can do in life. You sound like a great brother. Much of that admin work could be automated pretty easily. Even the simple act of reformatting the italics for the various site requirements automatically would save you a fair bit of time I imagine. I sympathize with your frustrations and I hope that your sister and you each have a chance to get the support you need. I know it's easy to say platitudes from the other side of this screen, but you are doing good work as a writer, a brother, a person.

Enjoy your travels, make sure you give yourself time to get some actual rest in between travel days, and enjoy all the new sights, smells, and especially the food. Oh, and family, too. That's important, I guess :P

2025-11-26 07:49:33 +0000 UTCThere are no tie games in College Football! That said, my team (UCLA) didn't even qualify for one, so fuck it! Im going to go to Alaska to visit a friend, then to HI so I can knock the last state off of my bucket list (only reason I'm going, if I'm honest *snickers*), and then back home to WA. I might also venture down to LA to visit my sister and her brood (and see the friend in AK who's from the same area and is down for 15 days herself), but we'll see. It might be too overwhelming, with my own mental health struggles.
