Great chapter! One thing I noticed: "Then a timer went off on her phone and she started to check Julia’s vitals again, along with murmuring to herself as she checked a tablet. The nurse came back shortly after the Doc started, took a small blood draw from Julia, and left again." Shouldn't this be Josie as Julia is not in the room at this point?

Of course you do you're the emperor of cliff hangers, anyway I think the doc is going to end up being added to the team mostly out of convenience. Also I have a sneaking suspicion about how Miriam will react when she wakes up
