Request for Suggestions: Affection Muultiplier App

I'm working on a big set of AMA chapters, and coming up quickly will be Robbie reviewing Cassidy's notes for him about the App. Now, I have a bunch of ideas banked already (and I can't exactly have Cass give a fully exhaustive list), but I think it would be fun to open up to you folks for suggestions of what she finds in there.
What I need are Perk Ideas: Titles, effects, or both. These are 'upgrades' that the App offers for Cass to buy with 'points' to change herself or others. They might be small and mild, or big and reality-bending. I have also previously established that some of them come with higher 'tiers' that can be upgraded into. Overall category suggestions are also welcome.
Note that I'm not just looking for ideas that will be used IN the story eventually, but also some that might shock, amaze, scare or make the characters laugh to read them.
As examples, and so we don't get duplicates of what I've already written, here is a list of all the mentioned perks from Arc 1.
Arc 1 Perks
General Perks
- Immuno Extremis: Lower chance of becoming sick, immunity to STDs
- Perfect Vision: Solid 20/20 vision, resistant to harmful effects
- True Justice: Always consider all sides and act on what is right, not just the law.

I just thought of another one: All for one - (non user perk only) the owner of this perk will farm points for the user. Their relationship stats will only increase slightly faster than normal with others, except the lust stat, which gets the same x3 as the user. Note: this perk may be automatically applied based on user behavior . The thought is - the app wants these things to happen, and if the user is going to start holding back, it'll farm energy via someone else. It would explain why everyone is coming onto robbie.

The angle that seems most intriguing to me would be having Robbie's cum induce a mild amount of breast growth / second puberty, or act to gradually make his partners more attractive, maybe it prevents acne? I enjoy that angle because they're models and depend on their looks somewhat. And I feel like having that be a very desired second-level after something to make his cum addictive could force him to make tough choices. One out of left field could be to make his partner have three or four breasts, Total Recall style. And then maybe a modifier to have that just be accepted, or fetishized. The only other thing that immediately comes to mind in that category is giving someone a split tongue?

Not mind-reading, just good at reading between the lines and picking up on innuendo. Level 2: Understand whimpers, moans, and nonverbal communication. Still not mind-reading, but getting closer. No one needs to say "faster" or "just like that"; you understand even the slightest change in breathing or facial expression. Level 3: Understand how to satisfy a partner's deepest sexual desires — maybe one they didn't even know they had. Probably some element of mind reading.
