March 2025 Update

Wow, folks. We are already heading toward 1/4 of the way through the year.

Maybe I should stop tracking stuff like this, it ends up stressing me out, hahaha.

February was a WEIRD month, so let's talk about it...

Last Month Recap

We didn't quite hit every single goal in February - if it was as long as any other month, we would have. 28 Days is not enough! It also didn't help that I had the chance to take a last-minute invitation for a long weekend to see friends I hadn't seen in almost 2 years. It was a great weekend, but... very little writing time.

So what does that all mean? Well, I'm playing catch-up. Before we kick of the properly scheduled March releases, I need to wrap-up the last few thousand words of writing for Unexpected Affections - fingers crossed that will come out tomorrow.

Following the new 'update format,' rather than recounting everything like you see in the Tuesday updates, here's some stats:

Coming Up This Month

Once I've cleared up the lingering Unexpected Affections release from February, here is my planned working list for March!

Other Stuff

Health and fitness has been an off-again, on-again item in my updates over the years. Suffice it to say, for those of you newer to the community, sitting in front of the computer for a lot of the day to do writing and other tasks isn't exactly great for me.

Well, my diet has stagnated again - not that I've been BAD, I haven't been gaining any weight, but I've plateaued again and I need to get back on track. This likely means I might be a little irritable (sorry, characters :P), but more importantly it means that I likely need to seriously look at getting back into a gym and likely scheduling something to keep me consistent.

I'm not looking forward to this.

Beyond that, it's looking like the only Event happening for me this month is going to be Toronto Comic-Con; I've got some space on my walls for some new art prints, and I'm always on the lookout to fill out the missing issues in my Conan the Barbarian comic collection.

One day at Comic-Con certainly can't be TOO disruptive to the schedule, right?

Hope you all are having a good start to the year, and I'm looking forward to bringing you more of all the ongoing stories. Because I am so thankful to be able to do that for you while the world is proving to be an utter mess, and we all deserve a little escape.

Cheers,

~Break.
