The 2025 Grand Update

Goodbye 2024 and all it's hectic, weird changes, hello 2025 with..

Let's be real, it's always going to be more chaos.

I'm going to be honest, part of me wants to do a whole '2024 In Review' sort of thing since I didn't do one for 2023, but then I think about the time investment just to gather all the stats like I did for 2022 and... I would rather put that towards working on NEW content. Maybe I'll keep better records this year so I can feed you some stats without spending hours gathering them.

Instead, here's a very brief Life Review for all you fine folks just so you know where I'm at. In 2024 I...

• Bought a condo in my hometown

• Moved there

• Started renovations (not finished)

• Got back into Warhammer after 20 years of on-and-off collecting as my cousin and friends started playing as well. I actually have a game group that plays! Holy shit!

• Went to my first Writer's Conference in almost a decade and spoke openly about my career here (all thanks to you folks!). Also met CorruptingPower there! (And beat him in 1-on-1 MtG Commander. I am the reigning champ!)

• Managed to keep writing through a couple brief bouts of mental health/anxiety issues.

• Ended the year strong with the AMA ebook drafts and starting AMA Arc 2.

That's it, I'm not reviewing anything else about 2024. I'm done with it! It's time to look at what comes next because that's the important stuff.

Month-to-Month Plans

I've tried different writing schedules in the past and I've slowly figured out the things that help more or less with keeping me on track. For the foreseeable future I am likely going to start every month with the following priority list for writing.

• New FoF Chapters

• New QTNW Chapters

• New Saint-Sponsored AMA Chapters

• Other Sponsored Content (6x sponsors, so up to 6 different stories getting 5k words)

• Other Writing/Projects.

I also plan to keep in schedule with the Monthly Updates and the Tuesday Updates to help keep you all in-the-know about what I'm working on and what's coming up.

The State of the Series

OK, so maybe this is a bit of a review spot, but I think with a new year it's a good idea to give you all a ballpark look at where I see the current major series being at:

Font of Fertility - Will continue, ongoing. It has grown well beyond my original ideas for when I originally brought it back. This is great because I love the characters and stuff going on, but it's also a little rough because I feel like the storytelling isn't as tight and things take a long time to develop.

QT: North West - Will continue, ongoing, has a Stop Point in mind but not for many chapters yet. Harri and all the folks in his corner of the QT world have a lot going on, and more to go through, before that story reaches a conclusion. And let's just say that things get darker before the dawn...

:: QT: Florida Man / Nashville / Ontario - All three of these smaller spinoffs are remaining on the Sponsor List. Florida Man may end up settling quietly at the bottom of the Florida everglades, as the spark of the idea for it ran out quickly. Nashville and Ontario will remain Alpha Readers only for now as they are intended to be novella-length one shots.

AMA: The Boyfriend / Model Behaviour - Arc 2 has begun, and will continue on going for the foreseeable future. It is currently being sponsored by the Patron Saint tier and now that it's rolling it will see big chunks of content released every month. I have a LARGE planning document running, so now that Robbie and the girls are off of the House Boats expect a variety of plotlines to come up as they explore their relationships, how the world responds to their choices, and the App.

OnlyFans Girls - Has moved to Sponsored Content for the time being. I have lots of plans for John/Sabrina/Gemma, but with the end of the summer coming up in the story and that being a natural pause point, I will likely move OFG to Hiatus status for a bit to recharge my energy and probably give it the AMA treatment with fresh editing (maybe even into 1st or 3rd person) before I start up a new Arc for the story as John and Sabrina return to college.

Starship Repo - This mainstream SciFi story will remain on the Sponsor List for now. It's eventually planned to be a novel-length story with a potential for sequels.

DM and the Dirty 20s - The project formerly known as Untitled D&D Group Story. I'm really enjoying this story, the characters have far exceeded what I originally thought the story would be (or how long it's turning out to be!). It will remain an option on the Sponsor List until it reaches the planned conclusion, though that won't be for a while.

Le Francais - This story was originally a commission and is now going on the Sponsor List with more regular updates thanks to ThL. He is owed so many more apologies for me letting this gem of a story slip through the cracks for a bunch of 2024. Expect regular sponsored releases moving forward.

Unexpected Affection - This story seems to be a fan favourite. It was originally a commission and I've mentioned before in places that juggling the original plans with choices that would be more natural to me has been... interesting. I do like it, though! It will remain on the Sponsor List until it comes to a natural conclusion.

Pushing - This series still hasn't made it over to Patreon with a fresh editing pass yet. I intend for that to happen sooner than later, and once it does I DO have a return planned for a new addition to this classic Break series.

NON-SERIES

Red Flags Go Faster - This story will remain on the Sponsor list and release to Alpha reader for the time being. It is intended to be a novel-length one-shot.

Single Parent Pal-entine's Day - This story has a sequel planned, but it won't be opened up for Sponsors until another story gets finished.

Masseur and the MILF 1/2 - There is a 3rd release for this story planned for the future, but it won't be opened up for Sponsors until two other stories get finished.

Porcelain - There is a potential sequel to this story, but I have a lot of other story ideas so this one may never come to the forefront until I run a poll in the future.

COMPLETE / PERMANENT HIATUS

The following stories should be considered Completed and will not return: Technically We're Still Engaged, The Afterparty (both versions), Triple-Blonde Study, Double or Naked.

The following are projects I am highly unlikely to return to for one reason or another: Love Cruise, Dungeon Building: The Bugbear, Erection of the Runelords.

Plans for the Year

So you've gotten a look into how I hope the day-to-day/month-to-month content releases will flow, let's talk more about what else 2025 will hopefully bring.

Here's something some of you may have realized a long time ago - I've got a lot of ideas. The problem is setting up realistic boundaries, timelines and expectations for them, and then communicating them clearly to keep myself accountable.

This year I want to break 2025 up into Quarters and focus on one extra project at a time. That doesn't mean the project will finish in that time period, especially if it's a collaborative effort, but it should be far enough along that it's rolling steadily.

First Quarter - Author Website. This is a project that I started back in October and there isn't a TON of work left to do on it. This is really more of a 'stepping stone' project because I need the Website done to be able to effectively advertise and provide a landing spot for other projects.

Second Quarter - Prepare Model Behaviour for publishing (finalize drafts, formatting, covers, etc.) Additional Elements - Design and contact necessary partners for Advertising campaign, Begin production on Audio Book versions, seriously look at options for physical copies.

Third / Fourth Quarter - I will likely run polls for these based on the progression of Q1/2. If I get the Website done this month and have two more months free in the quarter, I might decide I'm inspired to jump ahead on a completely different project to test the waters for these later open spaces.

The Bane of My Existence

As I mentioned above, I have lots of ideas. This is, unfortunately, a problem when it comes to my excitement for projects.

I currently have really fucking good ideas for two different Fantasy stories. One is a cross between Assassin's Creed and Bridgerton, and another is a Special Forces Military story. Both of them have full plotlines, characters and settings ready to get a few final tweaks before I start writing them. I don't have time for either right now.

And that doesn't even cover the many other ideas sitting in lists/partially developed piles. I LOVE all my big ongoing series, but them being Big and Ongoing means I don't have the time to commit to other projects I know you folks will love.

This is my struggle.

The fact that I have an audience at all to read these stories still blows my mind sometimes. That I not only have a career, but a successful one working full-time doing my dream job? It's all thanks to you folks here.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, and I'll be singing it to the rafters until the wheel's fall off - you all have helped change my life. Five years ago I was working a job I really liked for an organisation that was circling the drain and bosses who talked a big game but couldn't put two shits together to make something happen. I was making pretty shit pay (it was in Education, after all) and hadn't written anything in several years.
